VOL II, NO 4

This is our special novella issue and we are proud to include three novellas from Mary Grimm, Nicolas D. Sampson, and Rachel King. We are glad to continue with our steadfast support for novellas, a genre of great literary merits and appeals that are not always found in its literary siblings. We are also excited to have a novel excerpt taken from Tonja Matney Reynolds’ novel Dogwood Rain, which is set in the depth of the myth of Appalachia. Special thanks should go to Patricia L. Meek, who allows us to reprint her story that appeared in our previous issue and fix some issues with paragraph breaks that occurred when we first printed her story. And, as usual, we are honored to feature some gems of art from poet, novelist, calligrapher, and painter Liwei Chen.
